APC will be run on an ongoing basis every month for all panels. We will collect samples for all APC panels during the first two weeks of every month and run them on the 15th of every month (if the 15th falls on a weekend, it will be run the next Mon.)

 

The total submission size/panel to justify a run will be 4 plates (384 samples). If there are no 4 (96) well plates in the queue, the samples will be rolled over to the next month (customers will be reminded upfront about this minimum requirement – and we will be encouraging you to coordinate submissions with colleagues to ensure that the minimum is met every time).
