The AgriPlex Connect Program was created to provide an entry point for small companies and individual scientists to benefit from our genotyping platform – providing an affordable avenue and avoiding prerequisites for minimum sample volumes. The program also offers a route for plant or animal specialists to collaborate in teams to develop novel molecular marker panels for specific breeding or scientific communities.
Creating Validated SNP Panels For Your Goals
AgriPlex public panels are created through collaboration with experts of a given species, aiming to provide a tool for genomic screening, trait confirmation or adventitious presence, and genetic purity or variety identification. The panels are run on the PlexSeq platform — an efficient amplicon sequencing methodology proven across tens of millions of samples in many labs.
