Exploit Whole Genome Sequencing with PlexSeq Low Pass
With PlexSeq Low-Pass sequencing, your scientific team has a feasible tool to leverage whole-genome sequencing in commercial R&D. Affordable skim-sequencing aids their search for variants and new traits. They can test more samples and wild crop relatives, search through more germplasm and build pangenomes. By sequencing at reduced coverage and aided by imputation, scientists can reveal up to 100 times more information – potentially uncovering more novel traits – at a lower cost compared to imputing from arrays. Low-pass skim methodology also improves turnaround time and increases feasibility of whole genome sequencing compared to deeper coverage methods.
