About AgriPlex Genomics

AgriPlex Genomics was formed in 2014 in Cleveland, Ohio, to create a targeted sequencing and genotyping platform for large populations that was accessible and affordable to the breeding community.

Our pioneer technology – the multiplexed, next-generation PlexSeq® platform – delivered simultaneous analysis of specific loci (25-5,000) in any number of DNA samples. This helped plant and animal breeders greatly improve throughput and efficiency while significantly reducing costs.

As we add to our portfolio of solutions, we continue to partner closely with large agribusiness firms, specific plant and animal breeding organizations, public agencies, associations and non-government organizations to provide crucial genotype data for the development of healthier and more productive crops and livestock.
